Glynn L. Capell is originally from Greenville, South Carolina. He established The Capell Law Firm, LLC in April 2010, after having practiced construction law for over a decade with law firms in Greenville and coastal South Carolina. Glynn is licensed to practice law in South Carolina, North Carolina and Florida.

Glynn has represented many homeowners and homeowners’ associations throughout the state and in the Hilton Head area in cases of faulty construction, improper repairs, and defective design. He has represented clients in litigation over building components including stucco, siding, roofing, decks, framing, windows, doors, plumbing, heating/air conditioning, and swimming pools. Glynn has also counseled clients on issues arising from construction contracts, payment disputes, mechanics' liens, and insurance coverage disputes.

Charles W. Thomson is a Kentucky native who has lived in the Lowcountry since 2004. Prior to practicing law, he worked as a construction design engineer for eight years. This background provides a wealth of practical experience in practicing construction law. Charlie received high accolades in law school before joining the Capell Law Firm after graduation. He became a partner of the firm in 2019. In addition to a law license, he also carries a Professional Engineering license in South Carolina. Mr. Thomson manages the firm's Charleston office.
